Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the 10jilli platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the 10jilli website and platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and 10jilli regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. 10jilli reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use the 10jilli platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming and gambling activities.
- You must be a natural person — corporate or business accounts are not permitted.

- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or a formal exclusion order from any gaming authority.
10jilli strictly prohibits the registration and use of the platform by minors. If we have reason to believe a user does not meet the age requirement, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close that account immediately and withhold any funds pending investigation.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 10jilli platform. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 10jilli promptly via the contact details provided on this site. We will take reasonable steps to assist, but we are not liable for losses resulting from failure to safeguard your account credentials.
10jilli may require identity verification at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the 10jilli platform, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will use the platform solely for personal, recreational purposes and not for any commercial or professional gambling activity.
- You will not attempt to manipulate games, exploit technical errors, use automated scripts or bots, or engage in any form of cheating or collusion.
- You will not use the platform to conduct, facilitate, or assist in any unlawful activity including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft.
- You will not access the platform through a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- You will comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations relating to online gaming and electronic transactions.
- You will treat other users and platform staff respectfully and will not engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour.
Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the 10jilli platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No currency conversion is applied for players transacting in PHP.
Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times and may require identity verification before funds are released. 10jilli does not charge processing fees on standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply its own charges.
All transactions must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. If a payment is identified as originating from a third party, 10jilli reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending review.
Gaming outcomes are determined by chance and are subject to the odds applicable at the time of the wager. 10jilli does not guarantee any winnings, returns, or outcomes from gameplay or sports betting activity.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
10jilli provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of information displayed, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10jilli shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill.
Account suspension or closure: 10jilli reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, abuse of promotional features, or where closure is required by law or regulatory authority. In cases of justified closure, any remaining balance may be refunded subject to verification, less any amounts related to disputed activity.
Intellectual property: All content on the 10jilli platform — including logos, design elements, software, and written content — is the property of 10jilli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
Third-party content: The 10jilli platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services, including payment processors and game providers. 10jilli is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by those providers' own terms.
Changes to these Terms: 10jilli may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or business practices. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes through the platform interface or via the registered contact details. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
Applicable law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
